Trust wallet is a popular non-custodial crypto wallet. This wallet is available across devices. We can access this wallet using our PC/laptop and even mobile phones. This time when people are more interested in self-custody of their crypto, the user base for such wallets is growing. Trust wallet is owned by Binance crypto exchange and this is why more people use this app for their crypto needs.
Now Google has removed the trust wallet mobile application from the Play Store. This action has been taken by Google after the FBI warned against using non-KYC crypto services. There is no official statement by Google for sharing the reason and this is recommended that we should not install any identical but fake application.
Now there is an update today that Google has restored the application and this is good news for the community. Sometimes Google also takes action on potentially risky applications however in this case trustwalls is a reliable application that has been running for quite a long time. I use this application and since this is a non-custodial wallet application any wallet can be imported and even a new one can be created that hardly takes a minute time. Its very important for us to stay safe and not download any fake applications because that might create a lot of trouble and this is why keeping an eye on such updates is also important while making sure that we download the application only from the genuine source.
Now since the application is restored anyone can use it without a problem and I have also searched it on the Play Store so I can find it. Fund safety is critical and we should ensure that we do not download any fake applications because this might create a lot of problems and we also might lose our hard and money. If you have already this application installed on your phone then there is no change for you but if you are going to install it now then you can do it since the official app is back on the Play Store.
