Good morning! I hope this post finds you alive and well. Don't forget to drink some water and make today your bitch. I have a lot to do today with my business that's opening so I may not have time to post much. I realized it has been almost a month since I made a Crypto Noobs post so it is time. Crypto Noobs is a series I do where I, a stoner nerd on the internet, show people that are new to crypto how to do shit. So sit back, relax, and have a smoke. Welcome to Crypto Noobs. I'll be showing you step by step how to move HIVE from Hive Engine to BNB on Binance Smart Chain.

Step 1:

Swap some HIVE for SWAP.BNB. SWAP.BNB is the BNB pegged asset on the Hive Engine that will always be worth 1 BNB.

Step 2:

Now that you have your SWAP.BNB, it's time to withdraw it. The cool thing about the SWAP. tokens is that even though they are a pegged token on Hive Engine, they can be withdrawn to the respective chain. For example, SWAP.BTC can be withdrawn straight from Hive Engine to the Bitcoin blockchain. How fucking cool is that? Kudos to the devs. Click withdraw and select BNB then past your BSC address. Click withdraw and confirm the transaction in Hive Keychain.

Step 3:

Wait a couple minutes and the transaction should go through. This is dependent on network congestion on BSC as well, so it may not be instant.

Step 4:

Check your BSC wallet. You should see your newly acquired BNB sitting in your wallet. Very easy, right?!

BONUS

Step 5:

Now that we have some BNB on BSC we can go to Cub Finance and stake some CUB because why not? Click on Exchange and you'll be taken to PancakeSwap. Enter the amount you want to swap and hit swap. Confirm the transaction through Metamask.

NOTE you can get SWAP.CUB on Hive Engine and withdraw straight to BSC but this would leave you without BNB to pay gas fees if you didn't already have some.

Step 6:

Time to stake that CUB in an auto compounding Kingdown for 67% APY! Literally all you have to do is stake CUB. You can unstake any time and there's nothing extra because it auto compounds. Click Kingdoms, CUB, and Stake. Then enter the amount you wish to stake and hit confirm.

Boom! You just learned how to move funds from Hive Engine to Binance Smart Chain AND how to stake CUB for 67% APY.
