YES!!! I've been hoping this would get updated. It happens very often when I'm in low coverage areas or areas with bad internet connections. I've had it happen 2 times this week where I'll be nearly done with a post, and it goes to the white "network error" page. Then my draft that I was working on is nowhere to be found.
