Yes! Sorry! I know what the problem is (Hive's price slipped just low enough and Lightning fees have climbed a bit so that 1 Hive isn't enough to cover fees).
I just woke up and saw your issue and I've deployed a new version.
Reload v4v.app and it should make sure that larger transfers send enough to cover the fees.
Sorry for the problem: I did send you a DM transfer of Hive a minute or two ago!
