Usually porn is at forefront of tech. advances in commerce & business. Payments processing, video resolution, real-time engagement, WWW, etc. 2day porn uses it; next year every1 else follows.

Yep. Betamax was the superior tech, but they didn't want to be associated with adult content and it cost them. Their tape record times were much shorter as well. Can't do much in an hour...
