I tried more calculation it looks like the variable with the most influence is actually the current Hive inflation rate which is easy to project but hard to get the actual number live block by block. I based my self on 6% inflation for 2024/2025 and I get an APR of 3,22% for Effective HP (I believe you don't get it for delegated HP by I have sourced that info yet). I am actually developing my first mini app on Hive and trying to release a basic version soon of hive revenue projection over years, kind of interests calculator. And getting the APR right is important and I didn't realize it was that hard to get the actual data. I guess I don't have the understanding of relationship between HP, VESTS supply and inflation just yet.
