Week 6
Earnings
Week 6 has finished and it's been a good week and our earnings are up. This is mainly due to getting a double contract_tokens payments on Wednesday, either way we'll take it and mark it as a win. Average earnings per day were 180 LEO which is huge. The double payment really makes a big difference.
Looking at content earnings, these are starting to become somewhat consistent, if course each week is different but we always seem to land before 300 and 400 LEO every week. Hive content earnings are all over the place and there is no rhythm are reason to them, eitherway we have earned over 1000 HIVE so far, all power up and delegated to @leo.voter earning us 0.7 LEO per week.
Curation has been solid this week with earnings averaging over 100 LEO a day after removing the double payment day. We are earning a nice 17-18% and sharing out from big upvotes to the community.
We did over 1200 LEO this week, new all-time high earnings. This is the new bar to beat. Are curation rewards are growing with the LEO power balance and content is providing good returns, im hoping we do not drop under 1100 LEO a week in earnings. Of course, things out of our control can play a part in this but in general, the new minimum earnings each week should be 1100 LEO. The trend is still continuing to increase, it might flatten out a little over time but it should not go down for us in these early days.
Below are total LEO earning to date split up into a pie chart. Total LEO earnings to date are 6891 which is decent when we think about the fact that LEO is trading for 170% more than it was when LBI launched. Good job everyone that has bought in so for, your up 3% on your holding in 6 weeks and the LBI token price is about to change to 1.10 LEO on 1st Feb.
Holdings
Another week, another look at the same 3 things. leo power, hive power and HIVEp. I struggle to think about what to write, the good thing we can notice every week is the numbers are increasing. We are closing in on a 1/4 million LEO, we just hit 1k HIVE and our exchange wallet is still worth nothing but its balance increases a little each week.
Next week, you will see an additional account in the HIVE account wallets section. The account is @lbi-funding. This account will be used to hold LEO while saving up for investments, basically a savings account I use to separate funds and keep everything clean and transparent.
This week is the last week the LBI will power up 100% of its LEO earnings. Starting from today, 50% of earning will be transferred to @lbi-funding. We will build this balance through February and at the end of the month, convert half of that LEO into wLEO and the other half in ETH to get into the wLEO LP.
Looking below, growth is steady as she goes, nice, boring and predictable. God, i love how compounding works.

Steady progress which is great! Looking forward to the diversification into wLEO LP and then miners, when the time is right. That's one advantage of having more funds available than a personal (not large) account. You can easily access products that are rather innaccessible to the masses, individually.

yep, that's the whole idea behind LBI. People need a few thousand dollars to enter some LP markets are they will get destroyed with fees. Glad you see it like that, most people dont view LBI like that.

Another great week. Boring is good in my book as that means things are steady and slow and steady wins the race. A 0.5% increase each week is actually bloody good when you come to think of it and nothing to complain about. 26% in a year is exceptional and believe we will out do that over time. Thanks for doing these boring reports as knowing where we are each week is part of the fun of being invested in such a great project.

Thanks for the update. I prefer the slow and steady approach to earnings so it is great we are getting consistent returns. For the exchange wallet, you are talking about the other tribe tokens such as PAL and CTP right? I think slowly building it up will net us quite a few in the future.
Looks like we got quite a few people to choose from for the governance team.

Yeah, the exchange wallet is just building up the tribe tokens. They might go up if HIVE gets a flood of people with the bullrun, maybe not.

Steady growth reaching 3% in such a short time which simply builds trust and the investors pulling together. Moving towards the Liquidity Pool is another great move, should get us some nice bounties and also help preserve or even improve the wLEO/LEO price. Great team running the project, keep it up!

Personally, I am very happy with "boring!" Actually, it's a good thing... most effective long term investments I'd rather not have keep me up at night, worrying about what's going to happen next!
And 26% a year is actually a really good rate of return.
