I'm using a borrowed pc but I'll let this slide. Maybe promos could be helped by metrics that reach those with low reps and also mostly post from phones.
Another way is to actively DM potential candidates for awareness.

The Idea is to reach the right candidate, not just getting the numbers in terms of reaction.
