I used to make wine, but I've held back because of all the equipment needed—demijohns, airlocks, siphon tubes, etc. The way you have described it looks much simpler. I might give it a try.

If you do give it a shot let us know how it turns out. If I decide to make a larger batch I might pick up some airlocks and possibly a carboy (demijohns). I have some food grade mason jars that hold 4 Litters so I'll likely use that for my next batch.
