Hivestats Re-Design! | The Best Way to Track & Analyze Your Hive Account

in LeoFinance4 days ago

This has been a long-time coming and while the INLEO Team has been focused heavily on our cross-chain tech stack to onboard ecosystems like Dash, Solana, Arbitrum, Litecoin and many others to the Hive blockchain, we also wanted to make sure our inward facing technology gets the love it deserves.

Check out the all-new look on https://hivestats.io!

When I (Khal) was in Croatia for HiveFest last September, I realized that a lot of people didn't know that INLEO created Hivestats.

The story of Hivestats goes back to the legacy chain days. There were 2-3 awesome stats-tracking websites for the legacy chain that many of us used on a daily basis. I personally was a heavy user of them.

When Hive was born, some of those stats apps didn't move over and I decided that the LEO Team owed it to the Hive community to build an awesome stats website that was even better than the ones that came before it.

Today, Hivestats is one of the most utilized tracking & analysis apps for Hive. 133k unique visitors and over 300k pageviews in the past year.

If you're a regular user of Hivestats, then you'll know that it's been a bit of time since any major upgrades have been made to it.

Outside of general maintenance and a few minor tweaks over the past 12 months, we haven't made a ton of changes to Hivestats.

It was long overdue for a refresh.

Same Analysis, Fresh Look

One of the most requested features on Hivestats was the "Curation APR" algorithm. Essentially, it looks at your last 7 days of curation data and uses it to project what APR you're earning on your HIVE POWER.

This is by far and away the most loved and used feature on Hivestats. We've got a few ideas for some more algorithmic analysis - especially with the upcoming release of LeoAI - and we'll be looking at integrating them into Hivestats in the VerySoon future.

In this update, we focused on just refreshing the UI and making some backend changes to prepare for our next round of features. You'll notice the price trackers for HBD, HIVE & LEO are revamped and look much cleaner. We also fixed the API delays and the pricing will be more real-time and accurate.

Most other things remain largely the same, just with a fresh & updated look. Faster APIs to run, calculate & retrieve data, etc.

What's Next For Hivestats?

Hivestats. We rely heavily on #feedback to guide the development of INLEO as a project in general. HiveStats is no different. Over the years, we've collected and developed features for Hivestats - i.e. the Curation APR Calculator - based entirely on community feedback and what you, the Hive community, want to see on

If you want to request features for the 2025 roadmap of Hivestats, now is the time to put those requests in.

There are two great ways to give feedback on Hivestats and/or give feature requests:

  1. Leave a comment below on this post. Tell us your favorite things about Hivestats and maybe what you'd like to see added next
  2. Post a thread on INLEO with two hashtags: #hivestats #feedback. Including these tags will help our team sort feedback and get your requests added to the roadmap for HS in 2025

I am a regular user of HiveStats and I am noticing a substantial change. It's much faster, with a much more intuitive look and feel. It seems that several INLEO applications are taking this form, which is great, and provides better application performance as an improvement in user experience. At least I'm fascinated by it!

At the moment it has the information I need, so I can't at this point say what it would be missing.

fast and intuitive is most definitely what we’re aiming for

Hiring for UX has made a profound change!

i use the page some times - but does not see any changes on the frontend side of things? the reputation still broken, idk the APR reflects the real one... still in updating mode?

The APR is accurate but if there are any changes to your HP, it can throw it off (it’s an approximation using your current real-time HP and last 7 day data. So if your HP doubles, the curation APR is still lagging behind until the next 7 day rolling period).

Ah rep score. Does seem to be broken. I put it on our list of fixes

Any other feedback? I’m getting our roadmap of updates for it all ready

The biggest thing I use HIvestats for is the Full in 12 hours or so tracker under vote value. This helps me keep on track with maximizing my curation rewards without over voting or under voting making sure it's always utilized which seriously adds up over time.

Personally I'd like to see a toggle maybe to leo or to be able to show leo curation and author rewards just like you can with hive so it gives you a better picture of earnings and where those earnings are coming from.

  • Author
  • Curation
  • Mining

If not that I just read it now, I never knew Inleo created Hivestats, I thought it's one of the tools that came with Hive. Wow. I actually love checking and tracking my earnings every month through Hivestats and it gives accurate analysis which I love.
For me, I love the fact that one could see the amount of Hive power you earned through curation weekly and monthly. This is amazing. I'm checking the new update out. Good job, Inleo. This is a great improvement on Hive and I appreciate you all for this.

Okay, so another thing is that the reputation is always at default (25) and doesn't carry the normal reputation I have on Hive. That could be resolved, I hope so.

You’re not just part of Hive.
You’re part of something bigger.

Wow keep improving it. I like using hivestats to see mine o.o

Very cool website, I love just hanging around looking at my stats, it gives motivation to grind for better stats :)
It makes the whole Hive experience very game-like for me.

This refreshed look is pretty good once again Leo team is on top tk bring better tools for community
