Hey everyone! INLEO successfully onboarded over 10k Monthly Active Users. We're now aiming at an even more ambitious goal: onboard 50k monthly active users to the Hive blockchain.
ICYMI: we fully integrated and onboarded the entire Dash Ecosystem to the Hive blockchain using our vertically integrated tech stack. Dash users can now become Hive users using only their Dash Wallet. We've innovated yet another new (in addition to our previous Hive Lite Account innovation) way to sign up and login to the Hive blockchain. Dash users can now:
- Signup to Hive using their Dash Wallet
- Earn DASH for their social activities on Hive through INLEO
- Pay for INLEO Premium & Creator Subscriptions using DASH
We are using the Dash integration and "Join INLEO, Earn DASH" Campaign as a framework to onboard the masses to Hive through INLEO.
Imagine campaigns to "Join INLEO, Earn BTC", "Join INLEO, Earn FLIP", "Join INLEO, Earn RUNE" etc. etc.
If we receive DHF funding for 2025, we will begin rolling these campaigns out as soon as our proposal is passed.
The core use case for this funding is for these co-marketing campaigns. The Dash team paid to have 30+ Press Releases written about the DASH x INLEO x Hive integration. These press releases brought hundreds of thousands of link clicks to https://inleo.io.
In addition, the LEO Team paid to launch X Ads for the "Join INLEO, Earn DASH" campaign. Those ads collectively got over 10M views. One ad alone reached 1.7M views and over 2,000 unique accounts were created from it.
Ecosystems like DASH, Maya Protocol, Thorchain and Arbitrum have extremely large Marketing budgets and they are willing to spend them on a co-marketing campaign like this. We've done it with Dash and we are now in talks with these other ecosystems who said they will do the same but they want to see us co-market alongside them with some of our marketing budget alongside the sweat equity we put into building the custom tech for each integration. As an ecosystem, INLEO & Hive need to put up equivalent marketing funds with our external ecosystem partners like Dash, Arbitrum, Thorchain and the many more to come in 2025.
These ecosystems want to see both sweat equity and ad equity spend when you market with them. We are already talking to the ChainFlip team, Arbitrum Foundation, Maya UIs, Thorchain UIs, Solana and many others to do this kind of co-marketing campaign.
When we receive DHF funding we will launch campaigns with each of these teams to "Join INLEO, Earn XYZ Crypto" and onboard each ecosystem one-by-one.
Like dominos, the integrations will bring thousands of users at a time. One-by-one we will integrate each partnership and launch co-marketing campaigns. By the end of 2025, we expect to surpass 50k Monthly Active Users on INLEO which means 50k Monthly Active Users on Hive.
Along with all of this is capital. These ecosystems bring investors and users with capital and all of INLEO's payment rails and revenue models settle in HBD on the Hive blockchain. We will bring revenue and investments into the Hive ecosystem through these partnerships in a way that has never been done before.
INLEO has innovated technology on Hive that is now being used by every interface (i.e. container model for short-form content). INLEO continues to innovate and put data onchain for Hive in many other ways. We will continue to innovate our technology and build the best Web3 experience on the planet... all of it, living on Hive.
As we do this, we will roll out these campaigns with other ecosystems and grow Hive.

Khal gave a speech at HiveFest 2024 that sums it all up: INLEO is about putting EVERYTHING onchain.
What chain is that?
Hive.
When you look at all of the technology we have developed, it fundamentally is driven by this premise. Putting all of our data onto the Hive blockchain and using it as the hub for activity, data deposits and retrievals. We're best in-class at doing this and our integrations with other blockchains means that we're bringing people from other chain and getting them to store their financial and social data on Hive as well. The Dash integration is a fantastic example of this.
Dash Integration and Partnership - A Framework For the Future
At HiveFest 2024 in Croatia, Khal and Joel met eachother for the first time. Joel had used Hive in the past but was no longer active for a few reasons. One is that Hive lacked a killer dApp. The Everything App didn't exist yet.
In Croatia I (Khal) showed Joel the INLEO Experience. He was blown away and we immediately started talking about how we could bring Dash to the Hive Ecosystem through INLEO.
It was clear that 3 core pillars were needed from a technical POV:
- Dash users needed to be able to login to Hive using their Dash wallet
- Dash users needed to be able to earn DASH for their social media content on Hive
- Dash users needed to be able to pay for INLEO Products/Services (Premium, Creator Subs, etc.) using DASH
At the time, these 3 things sounded like arduous technical burdens. It seemed like it would take years to get the technology to this point. I promised Joel that INLEO would solve these 3 things before the end of 2024.
And like we do with everything we promise, INLEO Delivers. We achieved our goal of launching this tech before the end of 2024 during the month of December, we saw a massive influx of users join through the Dash x INLEO partnership.

A Framework for the Future
The Dash integration has been incredibly fruitful for INLEO but this is just the beginning. The Dash integration opened doors for INLEO and Hive in ways that we could have never imagined.
Not only can our technology be easily used as a template for onboarding ANY crypto (yes, any crypto listed on Maya, ChainFlip and Thorchain - which is nearly all of them) but the Dash integration also brought the world of crypto to our doorstep.
We are now in talks with the ChainFlip Team, Arbitrum Foundation, Several Maya Interfaces, Several Thorchain Interfaces, A Solana-Community Founder, Several Solana Memecoin Communities, a Prominent ETH-Community Founder and about a dozen other critical Crypto Project teams in the space.
Guess what? They all saw "Join INLEO, Earn DASH" and now they want the same protocol + campaign for their ecosystem.
All of these ecosystems want a Web3 social media experience for their userbase. INLEO now has the technology and the clout to provide it thanks to the Dash Integration. This integration changed everything for us and has radically transformed our capabilities in terms of onboarding and bringing in outside users AND capital to the Hive Ecosystem through Keystore Onboarding + LeoMerchants.
50k Monthly Active Users - Deliver or Return the Funding to the DHF
I believe in delivering on your promises. INLEO delivered over 10,000 Monthly Active Users to the Hive blockchain in 2024. We WILL deliver 50,000 Monthly Active Users to the Hive blockchain by December 31st, 2025.
The same way we promised to deliver 10k MAUs in 2024 or else return all the DHF funds back to the Hive DAO, we will do the same with this 50k promise.
When our proposal is funded, we will launch the massive co-marketing campaigns that we have built using the "Join INLEO, Earn DASH" campaign as a framework.
The rollout plan is:
- ChainFlip integration - "Join INLEO, Earn FLIP"
- Thorchain integration - "Join INLEO, Earn RUNE"
- Thorchain UI Integrations - "Join INLEO, Earn THOR (or insert other Rune-based tokens)"

All of these integrations will coincide with our 2025 roadmap of technological developments. The one thing you'll always know about INLEO is that we push the boundaries of what is possible when it comes to technology on Hive.
The funding on this proposal will allow us to exponentially increase our onboarding activities. I
We are constantly innovating for this ecosystem and we will bring more capital and users to Hive than have ever been here before. Fund our proposal and we will deliver like we always do.
To achieve the 20+ more integrations like "Join INLEO, Earn DASH" we need the Hive ecosystem to support us. Integrations like these require marketing and the counterparts are ready to inject tens of thousands of dollars each into their campaigns with us. We need to have the capital to do the same and match their efforts with our own (much like we did with Dash) or the partnerships may not happen.

We love INLEO! Really great project aligned with our values, and has been great for mutual visibility for both the Hive and Dash chains.
I forgive myself for not always being consistent at engaging INLEO.
This is a big commendation. I am beginning to understand the strength of the collaboration between INLEO and DASH
It's a great recruitment tool for Dash, that's for sure.
Really happy with the INLEO partnership from the Dash side. It's one of the best tools to advertise Dash at the moment, and we're very happy with how easy the team has been to work with, how energetic they've been, and (most importantly) the speed and competence of technical delivery.
In my mind, it's easy to say that INLEO is the single most important project in Hive.

It is a no-brainer. INLEO’s development on the hive blockchain in the realms of putting everything back on the blockchain where it belongs is unparalleled
We invest so much money into development for Hive. What we’re asking for here is money to amplify the impact of the development efforts that we make with 0 funding
We don’t get funded to develop. We self-fund to develop
We ask for funding to bring our developments to the masses
Where are all these users?
I'm looking at the onchain post activity for the last 12 months, and it's pretty flat.
Even comments look fairly similar, but more a few more spikes, but if you minus all the ai spam generated for LEO, it is pretty much the same picture. It also includes the massive ddos we are experience with spam copied posts for the last few months.
So now we going to pay over $450,000 for the next year?
Activity in terms of comments, threads, votes, created accounts and many other metrics are all at all-time highs.
Consistent growth across all metrics occurred throughout 2024 culminating to a massive surge in Nov/Dec after our Dash Partnership where their entire community was onboarded. Unprecedented PRs, ads and organic marketing.
This can be easily explained by other front ends loosing active users. I don't know if its possible to track if the votes are coming from a specific front. Front ends for posting can be checked and I would like to see those statistics. I am not a programmer. I can only wait for someone else to crunch the numbers.
Let's not forget that INLEO has developed more user facing features than any other front end.

Congratulations on the achievements! Inleo really built non-stop during all 2024. So many new features that go beyond the content creation. What we are able to do now with LeoDex is incredible. All that has been built seemingly isolated has come together to allow things like the partnership with Dash.
I'm amazed by the Keystore option for sign up, because for the crypto savvy audience the Hive accounts are not versatile enough, or too complicated, while the keystore option allows them to use their keystore file they already have, or create a new one because they are already familiar with the system.
Something Hive really needs is to expand its reach, connect with other projects, be more outward facing, and that is something Inleo has been able to achieve. Now we have signing up methods that are easy for newbies, convenient for crypto savvy people too, a great referral program to motivate our current users to bring more friends.
And something very important, Inleo has achieved the social media vibe, with threads and shorts, now people likes to come and engage in a simple way.
The marketing partnership with Dash has been great, we gotta keep getting Inleo out there, more Inleo users are more Hive users. Let's keep in rolling!

Just voted the proposal! i really like the fact that there is an actual promise that if the goal ends up failing, the amount of money will be returned. This is something we almost never see in most of the DHF-funded projects.

The value of HIVE ecosystem is acknowledged by crypto enthusiasts as far as what we have been observing with the CEX listings (today Bitget listed $HIVE in spot pairs).

I joined inleo a couple months ago, basicly due to the #cent project that asked participants of the monthly powerup session to post the power up via inleo.
Since then I became active there, especially on Threads. Short form post was not something I ever did before , but here I like it - and it basicly the supportive crowd encouraged me to also write long form post more often - on both easy topic (running, finance) but also more difficult topics (such as mental health and self harm). Now I am even participating in the Hive PUM!
