There's nothing we can do about this with Zilla
More of the people who do see ads, need to click them. That will get them to serve more
Otherwise, we need to push to get new ad networks. But none pay close to what zilla does even at current state

There's most likely no way to do this but it would be nice if you could spot a trigger that zilla isn't going to show an ad and just a place holder and sub it in with another ad network. That would be super nice lol
