It's no secret to all of us who spend our vast quantities of time on Hive that Hive is an incredible place. We can do so much on Hive that we can't do anywhere else. For many of us, Hive represents a digital home for our activities on the internet. We're able to connect with people, earn crypto, spend crypto, save crypto and do many other things that people can't do elsewhere.
It can be frustrating at times to explain Hive to the outside world. It feels like people "just don't get it". After-all, if they just understood what was waiting for them on Hive, they would become hyper active.. right?

The value of collaboration is meeting people where they are. There are so many projects and crypto tokens/ecosystem out there.
The space is fragmented. This is no secret. When you look around at crypto, it's hyper obvious: chains, tokens, tribalism. Everyone is fragmented.
INLEO x Dash brought the Hive ecosystem together with the Dash ecosystem. We've done tons of press, podcasts, ads, radio shows and content together with our communities.
They've continued to be an amazing collaborator and tell their community to join Hive through INLEO on a daily basis.

By working with their team and building an experience that caters to their users, we're able to have massively impactful marketing that doesn't just happen in 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or even 1 year. It's a long-term commitment. Essentially, a relationship. We work hard together to make each ecosystem thrive both separately and together.
When the Dash team Tweets and tells their userbase to come to INLEO and join Hive, they listen. This will happen with every collaboration as we create a deep rapport and connection with their core team and leadership within their community.
The Platform Looks & Feels Like It Was Made For Their Community
A key to making the INLEO x Dash integration succeed was making an experience that felt like it was built natively for all Dash users. This is one of the many reasons why our integration succeeded so heavily in onboarding over 7,000 Dashers (and counting) to the Hive ecosystem:
These dashers aren't just joining the platform. They're starting to get heavily active. Posting, commenting, threading and staking HIVE POWER and LEO POWER.
When they signup and see payouts in DASH, a wallet client tracking the DASH price and many other Dash-related things on INLEO, they get excited. It feels like a social media site was built for Dashers.
This is how every collaboration will go. Their userbase will come to INLEO and feel like INLEO and Hive were built for their community. Meet people where they are and they will fall in love with you.
Login With Their Preferred Wallet, Spend Their Preferred Crypto
A part of meeting people where they are at is connecting with them and encouraging them to sign up and sign in with their own wallet / crypto. Being able to spend their preferred crypto is also a massive bonus.
This is how we convinced the Dash team to come onboard and make Hive their #1 social media platform. You'll see the @dashpay team posting heavily on Hive now and also many of their community members getting active.

When a Dash user is signed in to Hive using their Dash wallet, they have the option to actually buy INLEO Premium (our 30 or 365 day subscription) using DASH. It literally takes one-click and they can buy INLEO Premium using DASH.
The magic for Hive is that INLEO Premium only accepts HBD. The Dasher doesn't know that and doesn't need to know that. They click pay in DASH and the DASH is instantly swapped using our https://leodex.io app in the background into HBD and sent to the @leopool account on Hive (our account for collecting Premium payments).
This means that inflows are created for the Hive ecosystem through this integration. Every $10 spent on INLEO Premium is $10 collected by the Hive ecosystem from external crypto economies.
Bringing revenue and capital in from other economies is how we grow the HIVE Market Cap.
How Do We Scale?
The question now is how do we scale this. We have a model that works incredibly well. You can see the success for yourself on our new global stats dashboard at https://inleo.io/stats.
This stats page shows the real-time running totals for how well the Dash Collaboration is going. As we collaborate with other ecosystems that we have lined up through our Hive DHF Proposal, you'll see this dashboard update to show each collaboration and how effective it is.
Our vision is to have 10 more of these collaborations live and in the real world by the end of 2025. As we collaborate with each crypto ecosystem, we expect to onboard thousands and hopefully tens of thousands of their users to become Hivers on-chain.
