I found where you claim them, but it seems network is overloaded and cant claim them..

According to the guide you click on faucet button then claim kara every 9 min gap. And yes the game seems to have traffic and bug problem, it's in beta.

Yeah, i did that but its not confirming my transaction and can't claim, I'll try agai later.
