I see it happen with the book of face and with the tweeter. Tik tok has the same effect. Personally, I get lost in YouTube. So, if Threads does the same for you, I think it has done its job.
I don't think so. I use peakd.com and it seems to be working fine. #threads doesn't show replies from other frontends but honestly I just prefer using peakd.com because it's so much easier.

I would say that isn't really until next year though from an implementation standpoint.
