Honestly, funny enough some year's ago, I have a family friend who went through surgery as a result of not farting, it was indeed funny to me, but I later got to know it is very dangerous if someone is not doing that.
It's a big problem if one cannot fart naturally except for medications which isn't good.
I never thought of farting like this. And I do wonder what makes some people unable to
