Yes there are some local spices used in preparing it - Ehuru called African nutmeg, with botanical name is Monodora Myristica
Potash mixed with palm oil for the sauce.

As an FYI, the counters are pretty useless on Leo. They end up clearing out over time.
Older threads and posts end up going to zero.
Yeah, it seems the counter has a timeframe or something. Noticed that the total threads, votes, and replies are decreasing.
