On Saturday, I consulted a total of 30 patients. In the evening shift, there was quite a bit of a rush. I had two injury cases too. One had to stitch up the cut injury.

Now, he has nerve pain in his left leg & thigh. Before coming to me, he finished another course of that antibiotic!! Stupidity!

Another Bangladeshi patient came with pain and swelling in his right foot. Yesterday he fell while walking and got injured there. X-ray showed no obvious fracture. Gave him symptomatic management.

Time does fly, so it's 4th renewal time. I got so focused on building my account and platform activity so much so I kind of forget the time part. I hope by the end of 24 and moving to 2025, I'd have a good account value and stakes to catch some breathing space.
