Usually, we are also having food with similar ingredients. However, I try to take rice once only per day.

If you go to ecency wallet, you can see there the pending $HIVE, $HBD, HE tokens that you can claim anytime as well as your tokens' history.
That's how you do it.

Even if it was harsh, it counts as a view and gets you closer to monetization. And the fact that they took the time to write something shows you had an impact.
I love being in digital world. But we have to exist physically too.. so it could be said we all are existing physically as well as digitally!
