Hello! I have been absent for awhile here. The last couple of weeks have been especially rough. My Dad took a turn for the worse last Friday. He had been in the hospital from Saturday the 14th until the afternoon of Thursday the 19th when he was released to a nursing home for rehab. On Friday morning, the 20th I got a call from my sisters telling me that the rehab had him rushed back to the emergency room. He was admitted back to the hospital that afternoon. Unfortunately he never recovered. He passed peacefully yesterday morning, 12/26. He was one week shy of his 94th birthday which would have been on New Years Day.
