So I pretty much cashed out about 50,000 $HIVE in 2024....And while I don't have any regrets, the only think I'm struggling with is that my influence has shrunk when it comes to voting for proposals and witnesses.
In 2025, I'm going to stack some more HIVE to get some of that influence back. But $LEO remains the end goal for every single thing I do on chain in 2025.

That's something @tribaldex would have to help with, I think. But generally, L2s don't cross streams. For example, staking CENT does nothing for LEO voting power.
Sorry, I think you've misunderstood the question here, I was asking if it would be possible to have Dash Power similar to LeoPower, in other words, exist side by side it, just like CENT and other stakable L2 tokens. I didn't mean any connection between LP & DP.
LP to me is LEO Power. That means that LEO is staked, the way there is HIVE and HP (HIVE Power) for liquid and staked HIVE. If you look at the wallet, there is a line for LEO Tokens, which are liquid LEO. And there is a line for LEO Power, which are staked LEO.
For there to be DASH Power (DP), there would need to be some way to stake SWAP.DASH, which doesn't exist. Tribaldex would have to create it. Also keep in mind that Dash Power could take weeks to power down if you ever wanted take it out the way you can take out liquid Dash.
But there is no need for SWAP.DASH as you're actually earning LEO and HBD, not DASH. These get automatically converted into DASH when you cash out.
It seems like what you are actually asking for is a line in the LEO wallet with a running estimate of how much DASH you have earned when it comes time to cash out your LEO and HBD. The line would just be Dash, not Dash Power.

The other H-E tokens set the max supply when they launch. Then POOF you have millions of tokens created for Hive users to earn from the reward pool. As you can see, most of them have $0 value.
Somebody would have to provide Dash for the reward pool so that SWAP.DASH has any value, making it worthwhile to stake. And for those who stake, who is providing the Dash for their rewards?
I think people would individually have to buy in, stake, and give away Dash to other stakers.
100%. The biggest turn off on Hive is definitely the different keyes.
I almost gave up when I first joined cos I was struggling with those. Once that's passed, Hive cool but that's a big shock to many who are just onboarding.
Keystore is the best option in my opinion if the user knows what they're doing, but I have trust issues seeing how many people are dumb with technology!

The seed phrase concept might sound weird to someone who's mainly on Hive but the standard 12-word seed phrase is the most common way of accessing to blockchain on most chains.

The keystore created on Leodex should have the 12-word secret phrase too, I believe you'd have seen it when you first created it. If you have it, it works the same way as any Keystore secret phrase.
You can even use the Keystore from Leodex to create a new Hive Account via Inleo Signup page, if it's not already associated with one.
Switching an existing HIVE account to or adding a keystore wallet to it and then being able to switch between the different inleo skins and earning options while logged in … one week earn this, another week earn that, etc. … 🤔
I wonder if the Hive KeyChain could be extended to support other currencies that we want to link with - like DASH. This way we will use an integration that we already have and let a soft wallet do the job.
Not all MetaMask Wallets have 12-word secret phrase, though. Mine doesn't. I was surprised when I tried to get it, and it said my particular account only has a Private Key, not a Secret Phrase.
The original wallet you created when Metamask was installed should be the one with the 12 word seed phrase. All other accounts created have the private key string.
It's interesting that the Solana wallet, Phantom, recently introduced an option to create a unique user name and receive tokens using that instead of the long address of letters & numbers.

There is, but I'm not really sure where to find it. I know for sure that wallet.hive.blog has the option somewhere, but I don't think inleo.io has that option.
Actually, you can if you know what you're doing. Have you saved the 12-word secret phrase of your keystore? If so, that would be the master password of your HIVE Account. I already tried to sign in to Keychain Wallet using mine, and it worked.

Keystore is like Keychain, but for multiple blockchains. LeoDEX is a DEX that use @mayaprotocol.

At least with Google Accounts, you can recover your account in multiple ways, with Keystore, if you lost the file, the account is lost forever!!!

MetaMask wallet can be used without a 12-word secret phrase, so I don't think you'll be able to use it to login. At least, not always.
Switching an existing HIVE account to or adding a keystore wallet to it and then being able to switch between the different inleo skins and earning options while logged in … one week earn this, another week earn that, etc. … 🤔

Not all MetaMask Wallets have 12-word secret phrase, though. Mine doesn't. I was surprised when I tried to get it, and it said my particular account only has a Private Key, not a Secret Phrase.
The original wallet you created when Metamask was installed should be the one with the 12 word seed phrase. All other accounts created have the private key string.
I guess it's not the wallet I created with Metamask itself then...

For us using keystore account, we have a lot of limitations on Hive. Keystore account can't access other Hive frontends.

I don't know for sure. Since we have had multi billion dollar trading activity across all markets, it should not have been difficult to find liquidity for trades.
