CryptPad has been offering for years a privacy focused collaborative suite, equivalent to the data grab schemes from Google (Google Docs, Forms, Classroom,...) but in an open source & end-to-end encrypted fashion.
I'd think it could be of interest for most of us, in particular the ones who're not using their own hardened server for communicating and working online.
