Do you know what Dust Votes are on Hive?

I have noticed that many Hivers and especially new users do not know that in precise cases an upvote = $0.199 can be 0 = Dust Vote

    A Dust Vote is an upvote given on a post or comment published on the Hive blockchain that has 2 characteristics:

    • has a $ value (HTU) < $0.02
    • is the only upvote present on the post or comment

            dust voter used to collect the tiny votes on the user behalf and once enough is accumulated you get the reward
