We have enormous complexity in many things here in Brazil, that involve legal processes, and that would be fantastic. I don't think it would be that difficult to implement, but the state likes this complexity because it can profit from it.

That could for sure makes thing easier, maybe eliminate some proofs needed for a person to rent. That will speed up any process of lending.
