i can't give you an official answer because i've never read about it before... but as far as i can tell, at least for now, you can only save one at a time... saving more than one would be very useful! i don't know if the team is already working on it but maybe it's a case of using #feedback so they can see what the community needs...

i hope you copied it somewhere first... it's horrible when you lose something you've written and have to redo it... it happened to me these days due to my lack of attention

I have asked for a templates section a few time. Was told once that it would be easy, be here we are, still no useful templates option, but a bunch of flashy stuff to copy Twitter that isn’t really attracting anyone.
