    I'm afraid I don't know, but I know I'm the team is working hard to fix it. Apparently the 3speak mobile app works now, though, so you can use that in the mean time. Haven't tried myself

    i heard about the app unfortunately it only seems to be uploading shorts from what i could see and my video is over 6 minutes long
