With LeoFinance it's pretty simple, create quality content. So when the readers like your post they upvote it and you will then earn a certain amount of Leo tokens. The vote value of each user is based on their voting power = how much they staked Leo.
Once you have staked Leo yourself, you can also earn Leo by upvoting good, quality posts. This is called curating. Just like with post rewards, half goes to you, half goes to the curator.
