That's an interesting thing to think about. I am hoping not. The meaning of success has been watered down a bit by giving rewards just for showing up.
On one hand the hope might be that including everyone might encourage them to do more. On the other, I think it has the opposite outcome. Geez, I can just be here and do nothing and they're gonna give me stuff for free.

Succeess doesnt give a shit how you feel.

No doubt about that.

Think of the approach people took 50 years ago. It was just expected. If you wanted a vacation, you saved for it. A promotion at work? you worked for it.

The age of entitlement has created weak people.

Right?! We had alot of nice family vacations when we were growing up. That's because my parents both worked. They knew how to save and stretch a dollar. So we grew up learning that if you want something you gotta figure out how to get it with hard work and saving. Don't expect anyone to hand you anything.

It was not an era where you just threw the vacation on the credit card and spent the next year paying it off.
