I prefer to eat my fruits and veggies rather than drinking them. Let's put it this way, if the fruits and veggies are all cut up and cleaned and all I had to do was throw them in the blender then maybe a smoothie. I like to minimize clean up and prep

Lol. I understand, at times, I like to eat fruits and veggies for the actually feeling and other times I want to have fruits all blended and bottled and I can consume more of it in smoothies for breakfast or dinner or sip on it during the day. I clean the fruits and chop them in smaller sizes before blending them, it could be time-consuming but it's easier to consume.
