Okay. The protestors who are high or the protesters protesting against the weed? I am confused now :P
Nobody protests against weed here. The pro-cannabis protests started long ago before it was legal, so people got together on 4/20, and at 4:20 PM, everyone lit up. It has now turned into a festival with music and a large market on the beach
Neither here in Toronto :P It is coming in April.
