i think the way to get more users its promoting the project outside hive/leo ecosystem as it is - basically a fund for long term investing based in LEO. So if you can find some crypto-influencers with good reputation you will get some really good attention. Which its the hard part.. find crypto influencers who are not constantly sharing shit..
