I sent them some feed back. Wrong color for the type of cancer in the book. I am not sure how many people would know that. And I had sent in a pic that was not used, so I don't know if they wanted it for inspiration. The are the profesionals. And this being my first time published.

Then they should be able to explain things to you. Even though they're professionals it's your book and you have a redone for wanting to publish it.
I have had some people look at it, I did some research on the colors, I am now good with it :)
