I like tomatoes and I use it to prepare stew. Sometimes I combine it with other vegetables to make sauce for rice, yam, plantain and potato. I also use it to make pancake and at this time when it's usually in season, I make tomato paste and store them.
Well, I can eat them raw too esp the reddish derica type 😂
