I can relate with this, but I rarely allow it bother me.
I see myself as the one always reaching out to friends, yet some of them don't reciprocate. So for now, I'm on my own.
And if I feel lonely, I come to threads

I know the feeling. But as much as threads is great, it can't always fill that void and satisfy that loneliness. I truly hope you find a friend who'll reach out and show up for you as much as you need.
I know but I have gotten to a stage in life where I no longer bother about being lonely or not.
I just try to live my life as happy as I can.
