My reply to @goddesseva RE: the SEC:

Cryptocurrency is supposed to be digital money-- money. The SEC doesn't get involved with the USD fiat currency, so why is it getting involved with cryptocurrency?

So why is it getting involved?

    The #SEC doesnt need new laws for #crypto.

    They have laws against fraud and other crimes. Just sue for those.
