How will #Gas-Fees on #BSC, #Polygon, & D rest F #Ethereum Layer 2 B affected after Ethereum's switch from PoW 2 PoS?

Will lower fees B ltd 2 Ethereum? Will they cascade 2 D rest F Layer 2? Will something else happen?
