I'll C UR 1 movie & give U 2:
- The Dark Knight Rises (TDKR);
- The Matrix Revolutions (M3).
TDK was mind-blowing, but TDKR was still a good movie.
M1 beats the sequels, but it's pick 'em between M2 & M3.

I agree on Matrix, sequels can be good although some times there is something on the first movie that cant be reproduce, Matrix was in that point in time and tech I guess
