Ah okay. That is the mobile menu.
On desktop, the glyphs shift from bottom of the screen to the left when screen magnification is reduced. Words also appear beside the glyphs then. At 90% the UI resembles both D.Buzz & Twitter. 4 mobile, I don't know since I don't use it.
