I hadn't the numbers so clear in front of me. 250b is a lot of TVL. I wonder how much actual community-funded money is flowing back into USD to pay for Dev. hours, servers, and stuff that Developers need to keep working. But it seems that DEFI is much more powerful in terms of innovation funding than the legacy VCs and Investment Banks.
