Wow, that's horrible. We're really getting the shaft there.

Other companies did the same doh. I lost about 500$ of games on a secondary STEAM account of mine. Because I didn't log-in for 10years.

  2. That's theft
  3. I reached out and got ignored

Really pisses me off, but I still need STEAM for some games. Sad.

Wrote an E-Mail to the generic mail contact and a letter to their european business address.

I'm surprised, steam is usually very customer friendly. I'd email gabe directly at [email protected].
