A lot of people aspire to start a business but almost all of them lack the knowledge needed. I still feel I lack the knowledge needed to be among the top performers.
Planning on having people working for my own business, though. At some point in the next five years. But in order to be able to make it happen under various conditions, one needs to be able to do it again and again. In ways responsive to circumstances like, for instance, a case of psychopaths running the show and killing off small businesses left and right.
A lot of psychos out there at the moment, doing whatever they can to kill anyone who challenges them - at least economically.
A lot of people seem to think that running a business is easy, that there is choice in when you work - there is "choice" - work when you want, don't get paid most of the time. :D
