In 2025, both Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) have experienced significant price movements.

Bitcoin's value declined from approximately $93,500 at the beginning of the year to around $84,000 currently, reflecting a year-to-date decrease of about 10.2%.

Ethereum, on the other hand, began the year at approximately $3,300 and has seen a year-to-date decrease of about 42.5%, with its current price around $1,900.

Overall, while both BTC and ETH have shown negative growth in 2025, Ethereum's performance has been significantly poorer compared to Bitcoin's substantial losses
