If you register to INLEO via Keystore, you'll automatically get a $DASH address, and you'll recieve your rewards in that address once they reach the minimum thershold (currently $15.)
If you didn't register on INLEO using a Keystore, you won't earn $DASH for now, but in the future, a Keystore linking method will be implemented according to @khaleelkazi

How is the withdrawal process?
If you mean how to withdraw the rewards to the DASH Wallet, then according to @khaleelkazi, the rewards from LEO and HIVE will automatically be converted to DASH by INLEO.
If you mean how to withdraw that DASH to another DASH wallet, you'll be able to use the Keystore's 12-word secret phrase on any wallet and have the same balance on it.
