The bear market is great for people whose actual "income" comes from elsewhere, as for them they maybe still have their "income" thus can take advantage of the bear market, buying up crypto cheap.
It is not usually so good though for people whose actual "income" itself comes from crypto. Unless their main income coins are hit less by the bear market than other coins they want to pick up cheap, they are often left on the sidelines unable to afford to take advantage of the low prices since along with low prices comes low income to match.
