It is hard to build a habit due to certain factors

Those factors will help better position us on how we can do things in our own way.

As I promised myself that I will do at least 5 minutes of jump rope this year but to my surprise 5 days already pass and I lost 5 days already haha.

Smiles 😊 I know that feeling, imagine me planning to start a workout routine all through 2021 but I didn't get to register until it was late December.

Instead of 5mins jump rope you can just take a nice walk for a start or sweat it out from any of your daily activity, that way it helps prepare the body for more similar activity.

The only way to go is forward. Hopefully I get to write a post on having a coping mechanism to help avoid triggers that leads us straight back to our old habits.

Thanks for the honest reply, 5 days isn't going to be regained back but you can try to go for just 1 minute jump rope daily, the easier it gets the better.
