Those who read my blogs know how much I am into auto compounding projects. From Beefy Finance to Spectrum on Terra there are many great auto compounding projects out there. However today we are looking at something from a different. Something that is brand new but could potentially be automated.
Brokkr
Over on Thor chain Brokkr just opened its main net live to users. There are currently two parts active on their app. One is being able to swap assets and the other is a way to invest in Thor chain liquidity pools through Brokkr. The latter is what we want to look at.
Brokkr's Automation

In the investment portion of Brokkr the page has a list of trading pairs to invest in with their respective APR. This is the exact same process to that of what we see in Beefy Finance or Spectrum.
What is different on Brokkr is that there will be more choices when it comes to investing. In fact there already are as some Mirror protocol opportunities listed on the platform.
Two delta neutral strategies of investing in mETH and mBABA would result in a yield via Brokkr's automated process. What it basically is doing is allow user to place their mETH or mBABA through Brokkr and invest to earn a yield. That is basically just a couple of clicks.
Brokkr then does all the steps to setting up in Mirror protocol a neutral strategy trade of either mETH or mBABA respectively. This means Brokkr buys and sells the correlating assets thereby creating the delta neutral strategy automatically for the investor. The investor does nothing more to get the investment. They do not even have to go on Mirror protocol.
Brokkr's Future?
Knowing Thor chain it means multiple chains can be used as its accepted by many different native tokens. This also means multiple chain's defi protocols is accessible or can be accessible through Brokkr. With unlimited potential considering Brokkr can accept all kinds of strategies to investing. This makes the site a potential future one stop shop for all of defi or best of defi.
Not only can Brokkr handle the different chains and different defi it can pick out the most popular ones for best yields and simplify the investment process as it only requires the users a couple of clicks to execute.
Conclusions
The defi world is large in itself. In addition there are many ways to invest when it comes to defi. Yet Brokkr is trying to simplify the space by consolidating best ways to yield and perform a couple of simple clicks to provide the many and some very complex defi investments. This is to level the playing field for those who are not familiar with all of defi but want to still participate. Brokkr is a good option to look into. Although there is still much work to be done on the application it is heading in the right direction.
