Someone who can dedicate most of their energy to the decentralized economy without needing to rely much on the fiat economy.
I love your definition of a crypto citizen. I think 3 to 5 years is years is enough for someone to become a crypto citizen.

Yeah, while some just came to sneak in, earn some, cash out and leave.
I'm in for the long run and I desire to get it as soon as possible. But it requires some knowledge, lessons and experiences.
