try clicking keychain and see if it wants you to put your pw in again
If not, try fully closing browser and then try again
If all that fails, I’m not sure
Just general troubleshooting ideas from me, I haven’t logged in in a bit lol
This normally happens when a new session started after closing the browser.
It will work if you double click the keychain extension if it's part of the browser you are using as mentioned by Khal.
