Coriander for me, my wife doesn't like it.

bald ist es schon 1 Jahr her, dass wir in Thailand waren und ich mir Grüne und rote Currypaste mitgebracht hatte. Bisher noch nicht genutzt und nun war es echt mal an der Zeit.
Was ist da alles drin?
Knoblauch, Ingwer, Rote Curry Paste, Paprika, Karotte, Kaiserschote, Hähnchen, Limettensaft und Kokosnussmilch.
Dann kommt geröstete Cashewnuss und Frühlingszwiebel rauf.
Für mich noch Koriander, meine Frau mag es nicht.
War lecker, musste aber etwas mehr Kokosnussmilch nehmen, damit es für meine Frau nicht so scharf ist.
