Yesterday I found out that I know A LOT about the British Monarchy.
They say the US is not a Colony, but teach us British History.
I guess there is no way around that since the British "Civilized" us.

I've spent my entire life wondering why in blue blazes so many Americans actually care about the British royal family. It's insane.
Same reason we care about Hollywood, I guess.
Sounds legit. I don't understand that one either. I mean, I enjoy movies, but I couldn't care less about the actors aside from two or three of my absolute favorites.
Well, education in the US is not the best one, as it ignores most of the world. The exceptions are the Ivy League schools, which indeed are the best ones :)
Oh oh, do we have an Ivy League Schooler here?
I did get only a partial scholarship to one when I applied at 18. But at that time, the income of my parents was at roughly 650 USD a month, which made it impossible. Also, as a foreigner, with no credit record, it was a tough thing to get a credit. Some of my friends either had full scholarship or rich kids, and all are doing pretty well now. The relationships and the level of knowledge is on its own league.
